12/15/2018 - "We will without hesitation call on Bob again for future work"
Bob replaced a failed macerator pump on our Tecma toilet. This pump was under warranty, and Bob did all the filing of the warranty claim, making the whole procedure of replacing the pump very easy for us. We appreciated very much Bob's professional and courteous communications with us while ordering/waiting for the parts we needed. When he was aboard our boat to change the pump, it was obvious that he was very skilled on the mechanics and repairs of boats. We will without hesitation call on Bob again for future work we need done on our boat.

3/19/2018 - "I would recommend this company to anyone."
Very professional service. In my case I wanted to be able to use either fresh water from the boat or raw water from the bay to flush the head to the holding tank. I can now do that with a flip of a toggle switch.
Bob was very generous with his advice and assistance and the job was completed in record time and minimum expense. I would recommend this company to anyone.

2/4/2018 - "The other plus is that he is incredibly fun to work with!"
We were told to see Potty Bob for a new sanitation system on our new-to-us Taswell 50. Well, he did something extraordinary. He was so practical and real about our current system, which was going to drive us crazy, from its bad design. The two-head system he put in was vastly more simple and for the last 8 years has had very little needs for fixing, with only simple, straightforward maintenance. I have sent many his way. The other plus is that he is incredibly fun to work with!

1/29/1018 - "His reputation spoke for him and the job he did was terrific."
A few years ago on our 57 foot jefferson we had a noticeable odor coming from the master head are. We asked a marine company to try to find the cause and after several months and lots of money (plus unneeded repairs) the smell was still present. A friend told me to call First Mate and get Bob Dickey to assess the situation. Bob came to our boat in Anacortes and then called me and gave his opinion. We said go ahead and fix it which meant new tpits and all new tubing. He did a great job. Had to take out our master bed and found over 180 feet of tubing in our toilet system. Plus found rags and tools under the bed left by the original builders in China. He cleaned all the area under the ed, bleached it and then repainted it because the chinese plastic tubing from the toilets to the vacuflush had been leaking. He installed Tecma toilets and new tubing which resulted in both heads having all new tubing and team toilets. Now we only had 24 feet of tubing. Smell all gone. What a pleasure. He did a great job and took pictures of everything he saw and did from start to finish. Plus I never met him in person until this year. His reputation spoke for him and the job he did was terrific.
